Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
